All content on the Site — including but not limited to articles, Bible studies, devotionals, podcast episodes, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of EarthBasic or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Scripture quotations are from the ESV Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version), copyright 2001 by Crossway, unless otherwise noted. Other translations used include CSB (Christian Standard Bible) and NIV (New International Version), used under appropriate licenses.

3. Use of Content

You may:

• Read, listen to, and view content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to pages on the Site.
• Download and print content for personal study, provided you retain all copyright notices.

You may NOT:

• Republish, redistribute, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content without permission.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Site materials.

4. Donations

Donations made to EarthBasic are voluntary and non-refundable. EarthBasic is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 83-0905823). All donations are tax-deductible within the constraints of U.S. law. A donation receipt will be provided for your records.

5. User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to EarthBasic (testimonies, comments, prayer requests, or other materials), you grant EarthBasic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our ministry. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content.

EarthBasic reserves the right to review, edit, or remove user-submitted content at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The content on this Site is provided for informational, educational, and spiritual purposes. While we strive for biblical accuracy and sound teaching, the content does not constitute professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
