EarthBasic. Take care. Bless many.
Hello Beloved! Today we have come to the end of our 5 week journey to tackle the lies we believe that shape how we feed our bodies. Along the way we were well helped by the teaching of Asheritah Ciuciu, in "5 Common Food Lies Women Believe (and How to Fight Back)". Today we tackle the lie that threatens us to never get started or stay down after falling: "This is too hard, I can't do it." We've been openly skeptical about this whole wellness journey. But, we have inwardly grieved what we believe to be the impossibility of ever being successful at eating well. We are not apathetic. We are greatly discouraged. We have come to believe that those who are successful are naturally inclined to do so, and that we just came up short in the lottery. In moments like these we encourage you to embrace the truth that we are able to accomplish all things through Jesus Christ. We are able to do the hard things with Him on our side. And on this wellness journey, He is on our side. (Philippians 4: 13). Feel free to download and share this image: Happy temple building!
Take care. Bless many.
