We Thank God for Jeanette Bailey!

Hello Beloved! The Bible notes the wisdom of seeking and honoring Godly counsel. We are so grateful that He has prepared the heart and mind of Jeanette Bailey to serve in the capacity of Medical Advisor to the Ministry, with oversight over Be-Held Temple Building and Be-Held Peace of Mind. 

Jeanette Bailey currently works as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the New York Presbyterian Medical Center and as a Telephone Triage Coordinator in Ambulatory Care.  

Over the years, she has had plenty of opportunities to share her faith in Jesus Christ with patients and employees experiencing difficult life circumstances, devastating illnesses and life altering diagnoses. As part of her care, she ministers to them by sharing scriptures and encouraging them through prayer.

She served as past president of the Greater Centennial AME Zion Church Health Ministry, from 2012 until June 2019. Her greatest passion is inspiring members of the church and surrounding community to live healthier lifestyles for the body, mind and spirit.

She has coordinated multiple healthcare workshops and conferences aimed at disease prevention and quality of life improvement for persons with chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease. She has also used them as a platform to promote mental health.

Jeanette is an active member of the Interfaith Health and Wellness Street Fair, where she collaborates with a diverse group of religious organizations to bring the community the annual wellness event comprised of various medical screenings, healthy cooking demonstrations, and physical exercise activities.

As a believer in Jesus Christ, she believes that health, wellness, healing and wholeness is obtainable with a Christ-centered and evidence based medically sound approach. Her life's mission is to help individuals, families and communities become better stewards of their health. by caring for their bodies, minds, and spirits.
