Hello Beloved! Today we are at stop 3 along our 5 week journey to tackle the lies we believe that shape how we feed our bodies. We will explore the teaching of Asheritah Ciuciu, in "5 Common Food Lies Women Believe (and How to Fight Back)".
Today we tackle the lie that seeks to derail our success by encouraging us to celebrate unwisely: "I deserve a treat." We've done well! We've met a huge milestone in our wellness journey and we want to celebrate. But, how do we celebrate in a way that won't derail the race we have been running? How do we celebrate in a way that won't set us back? In moments like these we encourage you to embrace the truths below that encourage to endurance and an eternal perspective (feel free to download and share these images):

Happy temple building!
Take care. Bless many.
