Avocado Smash Toast with Poached Egg
186 kcals per serving, Serves 4 Ingredients 1/2 large Ripe Avocado, peeled,seeded and smashed 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Lime, juice only 1 pinch Cayenne 4 slices Whole Grain Bread, toasted 4 Eggs 1/2 large Red Sweet Pepper, chopped Sea Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste Steps
