EarthBasic. Take care. Bless many.
Hello Beloved! We are so happy to continue our journey to loving, sustainable and Christ-centered wellness, with you. Over the course of the next 13 weeks we will share 13 recipes--spanning breakfast through dessert--developed by Chris's Kitchen. Additionally, we will continue to explore the ways that our faith can and does inform our relationship to food. Today's recipe is a healthy, no frills breakfast--overnight oatmeal. Food preparation, like many other basic living activities, can be taken for granted. Today, we invite you to be mindful as you prepare your overnight oatmeal. As you measure the ingredients offer up praise to the God who has made them. Thank Him for His provision and intercede for those who are food insecure. Happy temple building! Take care. Bless many. ![]() Overnight Oatmeal PB&J Overnight Oatmeal (455 kcals) 1/2 cup 0% Fat Yogurt 1/3 cup Rolled Oats 1/4 cup Water 2 tbsp Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Blackberry Preserves Steps
