Hello Beloved! Thank you for walking the self-care journey with us. Last week we encouraged you to identify a wellness partner. Someone who is for you, committed to self-care, stronger than you are and loves you. But, we understand that sometimes we may find ourselves in seasons and places where it is difficult to identify a wellness partner. So, today we offer you strategies for building community where you are. 1. Incorporate self-care into your weekly Bible study. If you have a weekly Bible Study at your church or in your home, you can establish a community that encourages you (and others) along in their self-care journeys by exploring wellness from a biblical perspective.
