Hello Beloved! Last week week we invited you to begin your strength training journey by enlisting the help of a trainer, or otherwise appropriately certified professional, to do a body composition test and or endurance testing. We hope you've had success in doing so. If not, we'd love to invite you to use the ACE Pro database to find a certified personal trainer in your area. Knowing your current level of fitness is the base requirement for making an informed and successful fitness program. This base knowledge will be indispensable in the formation of a S.M.A.R.T. goal. Strength is meant for all of us, whether we can afford to enlist the help of a personal trainer or not. So, this week we are happy to share with you some exercises you may begin to use today! As always, please remember to consult with a medical or related professional before committing to or changing your current fitness program. This is our current favorite and a good place to start, as it provides both strength training and cardio in one 30 minute workout. Checkout POPSUGAR Fitness's Feel-Good Strength and Cardio Workout. Also try 7 Best Strength Training Exercises for Women, published by Nourish, Move, Love. Click on the "Show More" button to see a fully written plan incorporating the 7 exercises she demonstrates. Finally, checkout VeryWellFit's Full Body No Weight Workout Program. Proper posture is emphasized, with helpful graphics, video and listed training program.
Happy temple building! Take care. Bless many.
