EarthBasic. Take care. Bless many.
Hello My Sisters! I pray that you are relying on the Sovereignty of the Almighty God to sustain you and meet your every need during this invisible storm, called the Coronavirus Pandemic. God knows all that is taking place and has His eyes on you. He cares about all that concerns you. He is with you at all times and promises never to leave, nor forsake you. It's no coincidence that we planned, so long ago, to focus April’s offerings on lung health.
Air is essential for all living beings. Our lungs become filled with oxygen rich air when we inhale through our noses or mouths, in a process called inhalation. Once in the lungs, oxygen enriches the bloodstream allowing for cells in our vital organs to be nourished. Our cells make use of the oxygen and dispose of the waste gas called carbon dioxide, which exits through the nose or mouth in a process called exhalation. The combination of inhaling and exhaling is called breathing. (https://www.lung.org/lung-health-diseases/how-lungs-work).
