EarthBasic. Take care. Bless many.
Read |John 1:8; 1 Peter 5:6; Hebrews 12:2; Psalm 51:17|We are so glad to greet you again in this new year! We pray that you have entered this new year with great expectation of God, according to His word. Truly God is eager to give gifts to His children. But we must be made ready to rightly hold these good things. Rightly hold them, so that they do not become to us like God. Rightly hold them, so that we may not believe in our might, but be in awe of Him--His love, grace and mercy extended to us. Rightly hold them, so that with every gifting, our hearts are enlightened by more precious revelations of His person. Revelations that reaffirm, in our spirits, the cause for our hope: the perfect work of Jesus Christ. We must be helped, so as to see ourselves as He does. We must be made meek to rightly see. This week, we invite you to join us in meditating on the work of being made low. We share with you our reflections, and encourage you to use them to help prepare you to receive what God so eagerly desires to gift you. Happy New Year!
