Hello Beloved! We are so blessed to have the opportunity to encourage you to rest in Jesus Christ. The rest He gives is ours whether we sit, stand, walk or run. Truly, this rest is not so much about the position of our bodies, but the posture of our hearts. It is our hearts fully set on the perfection of Jesus Christ that provides our rest.
